Privacy Policy for PartyPad

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application PartyPad ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App. The App is published by FONTESOFT TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a company incorporated in Brazil, registered under CNPJ 67.232.227/0001-33 (the data controller).

1. What we collect

PartyPad is an offline-first game. We do not require an account, login, or profile. We do not knowingly collect personal information that identifies you directly. We collect only the following:

Advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID) via Google AdMob, only when you grant the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on iOS or when the platform allows on Android. Used to show non-personalized or personalized ads.
Anonymous analytics events via Firebase Analytics (e.g., which game you started, ad placements served, in-app purchase events). No content of your gameplay (no player names, no answers) is sent.
Crash reports via Sentry (stack traces, device model, OS version). We do not include personally identifiable information in crash reports.
In-app purchase receipts, handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play. We only store a local flag indicating that the "Remove Ads" purchase has been made; we do not store payment details.
Locally stored preferences: language choice, sound and vibration toggles, recent-words history (to avoid repetition). This data never leaves your device.

2. What we do NOT collect

Name, email, phone number, address, or any other personal information.
Location data.
Contacts or microphone or camera content.
Player names you may type during games (these stay on your device).

3. Third-party services

The App integrates with the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase Analytics — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Sentry — sentry.io/privacy
Apple App Store / Google Play (for in-app purchases) — see Apple and Google policies.

4. Children

PartyPad is rated 12+ on the App Store and PEGI 12 / ESRB Teen on Google Play. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13.

5. Your rights (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)

If you are located in the European Union (GDPR), Brazil (LGPD), California (CCPA), or another region with similar privacy laws, you have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of that data.
Withdraw consent for tracking at any time (by disabling ATT on iOS, or by resetting your advertising identifier on Android).
Object to processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Data retention

Analytics events are retained by Firebase for up to 60 days. Crash reports are retained by Sentry for up to 90 days. Local data on your device is retained until you uninstall the App.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change.
