Terms of Service for PartyPad

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application PartyPad ("the App"), published by FONTESOFT TECNOLOGIA LTDA, a company incorporated in Brazil, registered under CNPJ 67.232.227/0001-33 ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. In-app purchases

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase called Remove Ads for a price displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. This purchase:

Is processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Is subject to Apple's or Google's standard terms for in-app purchases, refund policies, and dispute resolution.
Is tied to the Apple ID or Google account that completed the purchase, and can be restored on devices logged into the same account via the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings.

3. Game content

The App includes word lists, identity prompts, and truth-or-dare prompts ("Content") provided for entertainment purposes only. The Content is curated to remain appropriate for the App's 12+ age rating, but you accept that any prompt is suggested by the App without endorsement of any specific behavior. You are responsible for your decisions when accepting or performing any dare.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws.
Attempt to bypass advertisements or the in-app purchase flow through unauthorized means.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall FONTESOFT TECNOLOGIA LTDA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the in-app purchase, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Third-party services

The App integrates with Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Sentry, and the payment platforms of Apple and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes to the App and to these Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless local consumer protection law grants you a different forum.
